2010- 2011 Terms and Conditions

 

Deposits and Final Payment Terms: A deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm your booking. If you cancel the tour, $100.00 of the deposit is non refundable.

Final payment is due on or before February 15, 2011. There is no cancellation or refund after March 11, 2011. Once your deposit and registration are received, you will receive a confirmation of your booking by email.

Tour Minimum: Quality Quilt Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if the minimum participation is not met. If a tour is canceled, all deposits will be refunded in a timely manner.

Itinerary Variations: Quality Quilt Tours takes great pride in carefully planning each tour we offer. However, if for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to alter the itinerary.

Not Included: Each tour itinerary has a specific list of what is included. Beverage orders and items of a personal nature such as room service, laundry, maid service and phone calls are costs that are not included in your tour.

Meals: If you are on a strict diet or have a specific food allergy or intolerance, please let us know at registration. We will make every effort to accommodate your food issues.

Tipping: Gratuities bus driver, all group activities, and group meals are included in your tour package.

Travel: Transportation to tour origination is not included.
