My Renaissance

My Renaissance - We're very pleased to be able to offer a beautiful arts and crafts William Morris design block of the month program, My Renaissance. This quilt was inspired by some of the architecture and design of the Renaissance era in Europe. The finished quilt is 92" x 92". This program will last for 13 months and begins in November. Months 1-11 you will receive the fabric for 4 blocks each month, month 12 you will receive the fabric for the center medallion, and month 13 you will receive fabric for the sashing and binding.
We will be using the black tone on tone Sophia fabric for the background. We are pleased to announce that Windham has agreed to reprint this fabric, so we will be able to offer this background for all of our orders. As always, we will post our finished blocks here as soon as they are completed. You have a choice for the gold lines on the quilt. The pattern calls for gold braiding, and this option will be available for an additional $16.00. If you prefer, we will also be offering a gold fabric that can be appliqued over the seams at a price of $19.00. Or you can choose to leave off the gold lines entirely. Please let us know your choice when you place your order. This program is now closed to new sign ups.
